Community Host Handbook
Before applying to become a Community Host, read the Handbook carefully. It explains how YOU gatherings work, what the Host role involves and the boundaries that protect both Hosts and participants.
What to understand before you apply
A Community Host facilitates conversation. You are not expected to be an expert, therapist, legal adviser or representative of an entire community.
YOU gatherings follow an Arise Stories framework so Hosts have clear guidance for preparation, facilitation, registration and reporting.
Safety, privacy, participant choice and clear role boundaries are part of the programme from the beginning.
Read the full Handbook
Take the time to read the complete document before applying. It is designed to show you exactly what the role involves before you make any commitment.
